With a Bachelor’s degree in Sociology and a Master’s in Marketing Communications, Mojibade brings a high level of professionalism and passion to her work. Her notable achievements include co-hosting the Lagos Presidential Banquet for former President Muhammadu Buhari and interviewing prominent figures like former Vice President Yemi Osinbajo and CNN's Zain Asher. She is also a recognized influencer and is involved in social impact initiatives like the SHELL community and Project Unifeed, using her platform to inspire and give back to society.



Through The Good Way Foundation, Chioma drives empowerment initiatives for women and children while inspiring a new generation of influencers to dream bigger and reach beyond Africa’s borders. A trailblazer in beauty influence and PR, she embodies the power of digital presence to transform industries and shape culture.

Beyond her work in media, Idia is a dedicated philanthropist who founded the International Development Initiative in Africa in 2018 to support causes related to poverty, education, and empowerment. She made her acting debut in the lead role of "Nneka" in Nneka the Pretty Serpent, and has since appeared in films like Hijack 93. Recognized as one of the MIPAD 2023 Global 100 Under 40, Idia's influence spans media, entertainment, and humanitarian efforts.




Having built a reputation for delivering flawless natural looks for high-profile celebrities, Jane is passionate about empowering women through beauty. She is also a serial entrepreneur, co-founding and building businesses such as Flawless Faces by Jane and Nuban Beauty

She gained recognition as Tania on Jenifa’s Diary and as a presenter on EbonyLife TV, where her charisma and professionalism earned industry respect. Today, she combines performance and brand strategy, partnering with leading companies like Meta, Jumia, and Xiaomi to deliver purposeful storytelling and authentic consumer engagement.
Beyond the screen, Tomike co-founded Malliá World, a luxury hair and beauty label, and leads LightHill Studio, a Lagos-based creative hub. As Lead Bridal Artist at @adefunkeeebridalXticasa, she has become a trusted name for timeless, elegant looks that enhance each bride’s natural beauty. Her artistry, innovation, and precision have earned her respect across the bridal and beauty industry.
Adefule Oluwapelumi is the Chief Operating Officer of ADEFUNKEEE Salon, where she also serves as Lead Artist and Head of Staff Management. With a strong balance of creative expertise and operational leadership, she plays a central role in shaping the salon’s reputation for excellence.

She has worked with the likes of Tiwa Savage, Eku Edewor, Toke Makinwa, Mo Abudu and many high profile names. In 2015, she won the 25 under 25 (the business of makeup) awards and the Future Award prize for beauty in 2016. Recognizing the need for a one stop hub in Lagos, Miss Theo in 2018 co-founded The Beauty Hub which boasts of 10 female oriented businesses under one roof. She also launched a new business, Nailcare nail salon that has quickly become the favourite nail salon for many women in the city and in 2020, By Anne - a diamond jewellery business targeted at women who understand quiet luxury is her newly found passion.


She is also the founder of the Aby Naturals Formulation School, where she mentors and equips aspiring cosmetic formulators with the knowledge and practical skills to create safe, effective products from natural ingredients.

With over 15 years of diverse professional experience, Oluchi began her career as a
geoscientist, holding a Bachelor of Science (BSc) in Geology from the University of Nigeria,
Nsukka and a Master of Science (MSc) in Petroleum Geosciences from the University of
Aberdeen, Scotland. After five years of work in the oil and gas industry, Oluchi decided to
follow her true passion for entrepreneurship and family wellness. Her commitment to making a sustainable impact is the driving force behind her career change.
As a certified trichologist and formulator, she has built a vibrant online community of over
50,000 women and launched innovative products that address pressing challenges in child
hair and scalp care. Her influence has earned her multiple recognitions, including being
named “The Most Influential Nigerian Natural Hair Blogger” by AFRIKINKY, a fully
funded Road to Growth scholarship from The Cherie Blair Foundation, and third place at
the previous Beauty in the Motherland Pitch Competition..

they are both blessed with two beautiful daughters. Her personal life, filled with the

Fatima also serves on key committees, including the Niger State Investment Committee, Economic Advisory Committee, and GIZ Steering Committee, contributing to policies that shape the state’s economic future.
With over 20 years of experience across research, procurement, logistics, and commodities trading in the health, energy, and agribusiness sectors in the UK and Nigeria, Fatima is passionate about building inclusive markets.
